convenient and friendly stay

great location warm greeting gluten-free choices

the location was great. it was close to the train station. i appreciated the warm greeting at reception and a map that highlighted key attractions,. the breakfast offered good gluten-free choices for my husband.

there were no tea or coffee options available in the room.

a continental breakfast is available, i also saw options to buy additional breakfast items for a reasonable price. breakfast is in a restaurant next door. it has a lift for easy access to upper floors.

The staff are excellent. They are very friendly and helpful! the reception person was friendly. he gave us a map marked with places we needed to see and he made a dinner reservation. the staff helpfully stored our bags after check out.

convenient location friendly staff cafe style dated decor old furniture missing pillows

I found the location quite convenient.. it was near transport and main attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided many options and it was set in a cafe style.

I think the room decor felt a bit dated. The old furniture had paint coming off.. the floor seemed not clean. There were no extra pillows in the room.

The air conditioning worked very well. My room cooled down fast, and i even needed a quilt at night.

The room felt dated. Old furniture had paint peeling off, and the floor didn't look clean to me. There were NO extra pillows available, which annoyed me. the safe wasn't secured properly. It just sat inside a cupboard that you could lock with a key (what a joke!).

friendly staff central location

The front desk staff showed friendliness and helpfulness. They even made reservations at a great restaurant for me when I returned late from my tour. The location proved central and near the train station. It aided travel.

The breakfast seemed a bit repetitive . I wished for some daily variation.

the hotel is very close to the train station. this made it easy to walk with luggage. the staff was helpful . they assisted with directions and recommendations.

the room decor felt a bit outdated. the furniture showed some wear and tear.
